By using the Invest Tech platform, owned by Al-Jadwa Commercial Projects Company (Al-Jadwa), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms below. These terms govern the relationship between the platform and all participants—including entrepreneurs, investors, and consultants—to maintain a safe and trustworthy digital environment.
Registration and account accuracy
Users may register and use platform services subject to these rules. You must provide true, accurate, and current information during registration and keep it updated. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of your information and for any consequences arising from false or incomplete data. The platform may suspend or cancel an account if terms are breached, the service is misused, or incorrect data is submitted.
Lawful use of the platform
You undertake to use the platform for lawful purposes only and to refrain from any activity that violates regulations, involves abuse or deception, infringes the rights of others, or contravenes the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The platform provides a digital environment for connection and communication; users remain solely responsible for dealings or agreements they make with one another. The platform does not participate in direct financial or investment transactions between users.
Privacy and confidentiality
The platform is committed to protecting personal data and confidential information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We will not disclose personal information except with the user’s permission or when legally required. Content you submit—such as project ideas, company data, or documents—remains your responsibility. You confirm that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Intellectual property
All materials, content, trademarks, designs, and technical data published on the platform are the exclusive property of Al-Jadwa Commercial Projects Company. Copying, reuse, distribution, or publication without prior written permission is prohibited.
Liability and updates
The platform and its owning company are not liable for direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from use of the services or reliance on published information. We may modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice; continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh shall have jurisdiction over related disputes.
